Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need a different size or received a defective or incorrect item, email us and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
